Ls6 Manifold or FAST 90

Which Manifold would be better for my 99 camaro ss?

If you got a huge cam fast, if your in the med to mild cam LS6 will be fine

it depends on which motor oil you run

synthetic = fast
conventional = ls6

Lets see... It's bone stock right now.
I'd soon like to install a lid with the slp smooth bellows, fill exhaust w/ Long tubes and high flow cats, underdrive pulleys, ported throttle body, diablo programmer.
I hope to have all of this within the next 6 months, and then do the manifold last.
BTW i'm runnin valvoline full synthetic. 10w-30 in winter and 10w-40 in summer.
