It's true, as was mentioned above, that most shops don't like them because of the "pain in the ****" issue

Re: G5X2 Dyno Tune Results Ramair346,if you don't mind. What does APE charge for tuning. My car was dyno'ed there during a dyno day. I am going to have them tune my car after the TR224 and Jet-Hots are installed.Hopefully it will be close to your numbers.

Re: G5X2 Dyno Tune Results Y2KAIR: I have cats on my car, so they had to install a bung for the o2 wideband, that was an extra $40. Total bill was $525. I've found that's what seems to be the going rate for a LS1 edit tune around here. They're all great guys at APE.
Crunch: I said that to SLP and here's what I remember from their explanation.. if there were any contaminents on the surface, it could create rust and they also had a problem with the company that did their coating. They were really cool about it and it sounds like they've discovered there was a problem and they're willing to correct it.
