6.0L heads chamber volume

Could the chamber volume of a 6.0L heads be brought down to 65cc or 66cc without milling overing 0.020"?

You would be wanting to go from 70/71 cc's to 65/66 cc's. My 6.0's were decked down to 69cc and that was .010 I think.

You could have someone weld up the combustion chambers.
