What will get me there?? What heads and cam could get me 430 to 450rwtq and 450 to 460rwhp, with no fast intake (i already have an ls6 intake). and would need excelent torque down low, and has to be n/a

Your expectations are a little high. See the dyno results from the "Torque Coming Out of My Ears" thread of a couple years ago. AFR heads, 224/228 .637/.639 110+0 cam, FAST 90, all the bolt-ons including electric water pump. That setup made 459rwhp and 419rwtq, and the owner is a meticulous tuner.
Your goals would best best met with more cubic inches, especially if you want that kind of torque.
