kenne Bell SUPERChargers???

How come kenny Bell does not make supercharger packages for 98 -02 LS1
Has anybody ever tried to modify a KB into an FBODY??? ...........BB

I called them today and the person I talked to didn't even know what an F-body was and didn't understand what I meant about the different versions of the front accessories

HAHAHAHA thats typical it was probably some air head chick answering the phone. I was on the website last nite and all they had was set ups for 00-03 5.3 6.0 liter truck applications.............BB

what about magnasoon i think they make a root blower for fbody's

I think they are for Ls2 only I could be wrong. the Calloway uses that Blower....BB

Magneson's can be made to fit into F-bodies. Actually I believe they make a kit that comes with the template for cutting the plastic windshield shroud and so forth.

i think i saw a pic of this some were and the had to cut about inc out of the cowl

LM speed makes a Magnuson kit for F-Bodys. They are a sponsor on here. No one makes a kit that uses a KB or Whipple.

Well, if they dont make the kit for ANY F body, and they just recently broke into the LS based S/C kits, its not surprising that they arent familiar with the different acessory locations and distances.

BUT...Had you done a search, you would have seen that this subject has been beat to death 100000 fuking times.

THEY DO NOT MAKE A KIT FOR ANY F-BODY. NOR DO THEY HAVE INTENTIONS OF DOING SO..

That question is simply answered. . . . . If KB made a s/c kit for the LSx than that would completely bring an end to all of the hopes of the mustang guys out there of ever contending with us, and that in turn would make them lose 92% of their business. Simple finances!!

From what I understand you either have to cut the cowl and windshield or drop the engine somehow. You have to get the streetrod/offroad kits.

Yupper, it bumps the cowl. I looked into it. Oh well , guess you just need to turbo instead

On Kenne Bell's site they have a blower for 99-04 vette you should be able to use it on the fbody.

You can't, it fits on but it will not fit in an f-body with out major work being done.
I've yet to see anyone do it.

Kenne bells are mostly for trucks and Mustangs

because the cowl that stick out over the engine, to make a blower that would fit under it probably would not put out much boost
