Are you sure the lifter was the cause or was it the result of another issue? What are the numbers on the bottoms of your lifter trays? Some of the ones marked with a "10" had the angle incorrect, which would result in this problem.

That looks like either roller seized or maybe the lifter itself got stuck, but thats a mother **** man, I hope you fix the issue!
