Default Need input before machine shop mills heads

I know of all the people here, there have been many combinations tried. The machine shop is going to mill my heads .030 unless I tell them otherwise. My cam is a 224/224 with .567" of lift. Will there be an issue with P-V clearance. If there is a chance, I can tell them not to mill that much off.

Thanks now for input.

no, I have a .581 lift and I can still mill my heads .030 and be fine. You will be fine.

I have a set of 5.3 heads and will be running a 228/228 .588/.588 12LSA lift cam. I am debating just getting 0.010 shaved on them. How does that sit with P/V clearance?

I have the TR224 and even with my heads milled 0.020" and 2.08"/1.60" valves still have over 0.100" p-to-v clearance.

So what are the minimum P-V limits for the intake and exhaust valves?
