Indeed, but still better than stock w/ a cam of the 224 tameness.. a stall of some kind would make street driving smoother, but that goes with a stock cam as well.

I have similar mods to u and will be going with a 224/228 cam along with a 3500 stall next February for my '98 A4. I'm goin with this cuz I also wanna keep my 10 bolt but already got 3:73's. I wanna be in the low 12's maybe high 11's and that's enough for me. I also daily drive it. My mods are in my fquick link.
