Advice for this set-up?
Advice for this set-up? So I'm planning on rebuilding my LS1 with the Scat I-beam rods and the Mahle PowerPack (flat-top pistons and rings).
I don't plan on running higher than 6500 rpm or much more than 425 hp. I figured this would be a good budget set-up to build with until I really want to up the power (which won't happen until this motor blows).
Anyone have good or bad experiences with these products?
