404 Stroker No Good??????
Looks like I need to drop my pan too. I just installed my tsp 408 and haven't run it yet, because we were trying to track down the noise.
quick346 I agree with you and I don't at the same time. If I had built the motor I would have checked everything. But, I bought an assembled motor so that I could just drop it in.
Jon, Maybe you could add a note to the info sheet you send with the motors.
Fastest94v6- thanks for the post. You just saved me from pulling my hair out.

prob a simple search would have told you to check that!! am i right???
just because you can afford to buy a high hp engine dosn't mean just anyone should own one. i would say this prove's it. not to be a ***** but when you start makeing big hp you should have at least the basic know how of how the engine works.or pay someone who will know what to check before the first fire of a 8k engine.damn
good luck

Well to respond to your post Benny Blanco....Tudds, isn't wrong for making that comment. This thread wasn't made to 1). Bash TSP, infact I have more things to order and I will call TSP and will ask to speak to John 2). For people to tell me what I can and cannot purchase. If someone can not contribute to the thread by suggesting possible solutions do not bother posting. That's not fair to me. In fact, that's immature for someone to come on here and tell me I shouldn't own a high hp motor. You do not pay my bills. Stay on topic.
