Default what cam for almost stock motor and LT headers??

I have a 99 TA that I am doing some minor mods on. Lid, Cutout, MAF translator. I am looking to do some longtube headers as well. What would be a good cam to go with this that will make good N/A power without replacing too much on the motor??

Is the car an auto or M6 and do you have access to LS1Edit to tune the car?

I am doing the thunder 224/563/112 on a '99 TA M6. Not sure if you would have to do less extras with a more mild cam, but it seems that every time I talk to someone else, I find out another thing I *should* order.

Started with Thunder Racing Cam package with TI Retainers and FLP Long Tubes. Then:
New clutch is recommended, so I ordered a Spec Stage III (carbon) and on 98-00 models an upgraded master&slave cylinder is also a good idea, so I bought those.
Then I saw the post of the blown up rocker arm and hopped on the Yella Terra GP--maybe overkill but I dont have the knowledge/money to be fishing out pieces of metal out of my engine.
With the cam an LS6 intake seemed like a good idea, so I picked up one of those along with a TR Ported TB and Ported MAF ends.
Also suggested, a new ported oil pump and a stronger timing chain, so I am ordering those tomorrow.

Essentially, the project seems like it could pretty inexpensive--but if you want to cover every lose end, like I am attempting to do it really starts to get up there
Just my $0.02

I have to give my vote to the TR220. It is only slightly noticeable and I got the numbers in my sig with it.
