Port matching intake to head?

Port matching intake to head? I'm installing 5.3 heads to a 2002 LS1 with an LS6 intake manifold. The heads were milled .003" -.005" to celan them up.
How critical is the mating area between the manifold and the intake ports on the head?
Should I spend the time and Dremel the intake to match the intake port?

I would not worry about it. Port matching gains you almost nothing unless the heads are smaller than the intake. Also the plastic intake does not have extra meat in it to allow porting. I think the FAST manifolds do though.
