Best LSX shop on the west coast?

Who's the best at designing cams? I'm going to be going with some PRC 5.3L's in the future but for now i want a nice sleeper cam. Who's the best shop on the west coast or should i just call MTI or TSP?

i know good shops for installing stuff... but for a custom grind cam I would just order one...
