799's or 243's?

799's or 243's? I got my PRC stage 1 LS6 heads today and when I opened them up they were 799's. I know these are the newer style LS6 heads but are the 243's worth having over these?

i worked at the dealer, and had to pull a head off a 06 5.3HO for a leak. anyways found one of the heads had a pinhole, and put in the order, and the next day, there was a 243 casting head there to be put on. i thought this couldn't be right, but after checking, there were the same part numbers from GM...
