Are there perimeter bolt 5.3 heads?

What year did they start making 5.3 heads. Do perimeter bolt heads exist or will I have to get valve covers and coil pack brackets?

'99 was the first 5.3L and no they don't have perimeter v/c bolts.

Joe,
I shouldn't have any problems with my 2000 LS1 if I upgrade to the 5.3L heads with my H/C package will I? I don't want to have to change valve covers.
