When I swap out the engine what will I need to do to as far as the reluctor sensor?

How will the PCM know the new motor is at TDC?

It uses the cam and crank position sensors to calculate TDC. You should do a Crankshaft Position Sensor learn w/ a Tech 2 though, after the engine swap.
