Default cam swap

We've got engine #1 STOCK and IN the car (fully assembled and driveable).

We've got engine #2 torn apart (except for the heads/valvetrain).
Engine #2 is an HPE "S" cam and double valve springs, hardened pushrods.

Doing a cam swap from #2 to #1, Should we Transfer the valvetrain OR transfer the heads?

which is easier?

thanks

also assuming they are both 241 heads. check valvetrain geometry also after work is complete.

I've never worked on valvetrains. It would seem easier (but more expensive) for me to do a head swap cause it is straight forward. I guess I'm nervous to try new things.
I dont want lifter tap or valvetrain chatter.

Does the LS1 have auto-adjusting rockers like the v6 3.8Ls do?
