sorry Guys i just talked to the mechanic he said to me not 030 he milled them something simple like newspaper thickness , what your opinion for the cam ? G5X3 what LSA i need and what is the specs between them?

Whithout actually knowing exactly how much he milled, and actually measuring the cam's PTV clearance, stay in the 230 range durations to be safe.
G5X3 has a 242 range on exhaust.
something like 232/234 112+0 LSA (this way you can advance while measuring), but again there is no garantee, I'm just guessing from experience, too many unknown variables.
G5X1 should fit 228/230 112 LSA
