- Crank bolt/main pulley bolt (had to torch it)
- power steering wasn't bad (had access to a handy tool)
- the usual passenger side spark plugs and coils
- EGR/AIR bolts coming off the headers were annoying to get a wrench on
- Cleaning the crap off cylinder head surface from stock gaskets
Other than that, just some things that took time (eg. refilling coolant and torquing everything down). The guy i was working with did most of the work but those were the things we ran into.

Right on. Thanks for the input. Still have not recieved my piston cutters. I plan to start tearing down today. I was gonna start yesterday, but did not have a fuel line removal tool. I bought that this morning so I should be good for now.
Thanks again.

No real issues. A few PITA places though:

the bottom of the intake isnt sealed against the valley pan or block or heads. only seals are around the ports themselves. so dirt, water, oil collects in there. use a vacuum cleaner to clean that off much as you can before lifting the heads or valley cover so it doesnt get into the block.

So is it normal for it not to "feel" that much faster untuned? I haven't gone 100% throttle but i've probably been at about 80% to about 5K and then let off. I started feeling the pull at around 3K but i'm just curious as if it's going to really throw me back one i get it tuned and can push her.
