Default is this a good cam?
230/236 112lsa .580/.590 is this a good cam for a stock ls1 motor with a header swap?

you would benefit with heads and more static compression for it to work better with your combo. A4 cars will need 3400+ stall also. expect 2800-6500rpm range.
