Default Help me with my Goals. Cam Help

2005 CTS-V LS6. This is what I have piled up thus far. Ported FAST 90, PP ls2 90mm TB, PP'd LS6 heads, Kooks LT's.

I want a cam that wont be too noisy. I mean I don't want to have to go with Double springs. I am thinking of something in the .580 range and the XE-R 224/224 or 228/228 cam looks pretty good. with a 115 LSA to keep the Idle somewhat stock sounding. Does this sound like a decent combo? I dont care too much about power below 3k. what are the guru's thoughts? Venture a guess what a dyno graph might look like?

That setup sounds pretty stout with whichever cam you go with.

Thanks. I am thinking with the H/I/TB all having work done it should open up nicely up top.
