07+ design is based on Gen 4 technology like the LS2.

I have basically same quesyion about ls1 crank in a5.3. But mine is a gen IV out of a 07 truck. Will this make any difference in the rear seal issue? Also heard that different accesory bracket have to be used. Any help will be appreciated.
