Can you Identify this cam and its specs 229 14 2871 H Who grinds this cam? A buddy of mine will give me this cam for dirt cheap anyone have a way to identify these specs?

sounds like it might be an old morgan motorsports cam.
does it have 229 engraved on the end? thats what i had in my old camaro. it ran ok but it needed more compression.
