Default Which bolts are torque to yeild?

I've got an LS1 in my garage that took in water and hydrolocked. I'm going to go through it and replace the bent rod and broken piston. I just want to make sure that I replace all of the one time use torque to yeild bolts. Please correct me if I'm wrong or add or delete anything from my list.
Torque to yeild bolts:
Head Bolts
Crank Bolt
Main caps (4 inner, not sides)
Rod bolts
I think that's it. Again, please correct me if I'm wrong. Thanks!

Replace head bolts, rod bolts, the outer main cap bolts ( ones on the side of the block or just put sealant on your old ones ). Thats it.

Thanks for the reply! I just got a full set of low mileage rods and pistons off E-bay. Now I just gotta check the weight difference to see if I'm gonna have to balance (although I should anyway).
