Default Adding "LIFT only" with a cam (Outcome?)

Any experience/knowledge about this? I am comparing some cams. For example:

Cam #1) .575 lift, 216/224, 116 LSA
Cam #2) .621 lift, 224/228, 115 LSA

Cam #2 obviously has more lift but the LSA pretty much stayed the same by 1 degree. The duration went up slightly, but seems pretty close to not make much of a difference. What benefit might this give an "All Motor" car?

that duration change may not seem like much...but its significant.

i would say the bigger cam has 5-10hp more potential on stock heads.

if you put it in an engine with heads that can flow well up over .600" lift....that margin increases more. possibly more like 20hp.

kindda like:

cam 1 only = 360rwhp
cam 1 + heads = 390rwhp

cam 2 only = 365rwhp
cam 2 + heads = 410rwhp

assuming both heads are the same

Cam #2 is the one you would want to go with. Also i might add that she would like some Nitrous with that large split .
