kinda lost here , need some fast help i have a 99 short block and need to find parts to start my build. Will any ls1 part fit any ls1 engine and what about the ls2 , 6.0 .

it sounds to me like your trying to take your 99 and put newer parts on it but what are your goals, budget, is it a dd, is it a track or street car??? we will be able to help you more when you answer those
the cars a street car but hits the drag alot, not a every day driver but if i want to drive 100 miles away i need to be able to.
looking around 400 to 500 rwhp, my old zo6 did 431 cam only. But iam lost with what fits my 99 block, do i need to stay with say 97-99 parts or will any ls1 part fit

ok iam not getting anywhere with this, i dont have any money, it might take a year to build this thing, all i need to know is what year parts fit a 99 ls1. what year heads, intake, front cover rear cover stuff like that.
