Let me add my trick to the Dart's.
Many people like this option.
Dart heads out of the box leave a bit on the table IMO.
I compaired them between a set of ARF's and a set of stock 243 LS6 heads a couple years ago. The Dart's were inbetween the other 2 heads and were closer to the AFR's then to the LS6 heads. If my memory is correct the LS6 heads went 264@600 the Darts 285@600 and the AFR's 305@600.
Again Local bench and I wasn't trying to see flow numbers to compair to other bench's just was trying to see how much potential the Dart heads had. From 100-500 the number's were similar with the AFR's being the top dogg, and Dart's being a somewhat distant 2nd.
Fast foward to my design of the dart's. I order a set Bare.
Box them up and send them to TEA. I have TEA do a nice Valve job on them, and a little bowl blend. Then I add a Patriot Dual Spring kit, and a set of Fierra Valves.
Mill then to 60cc's (which normally hurts flow numbers a tiny bit)
Cost of this head was about 150 more then the normal out of the box Dart's, but had a IMO better Spring setup, and maybe hopefully more potential.
Back to the bench. The head is stronger in all the lift ranges, but still not quite to the AFR's flow number's. Much Closer however. The head ended up @ 299@600 and were a good 4-14 CFM's better everywhere. Not a bad option for under 1700 dollars.
Anyways Just thought I would share 1 way to make the Darts work a bit better, and still be priced at a fair value.

Flow doesnt really tell u everything..
Darts are decent out of the box but there valvejob, guides and seats need work..
Once u address those problems they can be very good and even better once ported.
Futral like the Darts but he likes the TF215 much better....
That came right from Futral....

Mind you I have a very early set of Dart 205's, likely the first set of castings released. When I had mine on the bench, I disassembled them to do a little modification to the valve cover posts so I could get my Crane guide plates on and use my Crane valve spring tool. When I finished all my work, I lapped the valves and they colored perfect. I have seen/heard reports of issues with the guides and seats, but you can't tell by the set I have.
