Default Any reason why an Auto Radiator could not be used as an engine cooler?

Is there any reason that I wouldn't be able to use the section of my radiator that is actually designated for the auto tranny fluid cooling for engine oil cooling in a T56 equipped Camaro?

I bought a BeCool radiator that is made for an automatic, I figure I could use the lower section for the engine oil cooling.

Here's some info on the pressures involved:

Here's some alternatives:

More info; sounds like modification is necessary to do this

That's weird, when I click on them they come up. Maybe you need to join the site?

Looks like you do; I signed out of my account then could not click the links.

Very worthwhile site to join.

Sometimes it takes them a while, but it is well worth the wait for stuff like this...those guys have the most experience when it comes to torturing a car, and finding ways to keep them from dying.
