What camshaft?

What camshaft? I have a nearly new LS6 engine and plan on transplanting most of the stuff in my signature, minus the short block and camshaft. It will be a 3.905 bore LS6 with Wiseco -3.2 cc pistons, a BRC 4 inch stroke crank with 6.125 Carrillo rods. Fast intake will be Mamofied along with necessary head work. Any ideas on a good camshaft for this combo would be appreciated. Thanks in advance
He couldnt run the Trex with the 1.8 ratio rockers. But a cam that I would be looking at, would be something similar to the F12 cam from Futral on a 112 LSA. It gives a little more exhaust duration, would put you right in the meat of your powerband with that converter, and finishes up at around 6800 rpms. Seems like it would work well with the FAST manifold and the balanced performance of the AFR heads. I think it would make for an awesome car!
sorry I didnt notice the 1.8's. So I'll change my statement. Ditch the 1.8's and get something T-Rexish in size

Trust me, I cant give out his screen name or too much on his setup because he street races, but my friends has a ported stock casting/Trexish size cam/383, 34-3500lb rw, 4000 stall, 4.10 combo and it runs. Doesnt dyno that well, but It ET's. A little better than the time i have posted. I dont how extreme you want to go with your setup, but i figured that since you were popping for a ported FAST, that I would throw it out there.

Well, with a 1.7 ratio, and with that good of a rocker, maybe you should check into a custom grind... I mean, you have all of this money into the AFR heads and ported FAST, then why not get a camshaft tailored to YOUR needs?

We've done extensive dyno testing with 383cid applications & I personally like the driveability of the 244/248 XER camshaft on a 114.
