Im considering changing cams for more mid-range power, but Im up in the air.
Hopefully someone can help.
I know there are thousands of threads about this, but my thread is the most important.

I never regretted going with the MTI X1 230/227 591/571 112lsa. idle clip http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jLrdsr1vHcQ
For more mid-range torque over the cam you have, you'll typically want a cam with an earlier intake valve closing point and a later exhaust valve opening point. Think narrower LSA and possibly less duration.

i'm thinking your not going to get much better MID range then what u have if your running the torquer v2 it will just push your power band up
Trending Topics
Your cams listed all tend to be high rpm cams and I doubt you'll like them any better than a v2. Maybe try advancing your timing 2-4 degrees to bring your power band down a little. Last edited by SOMbitch; Jan 25, 2008 at 05:16 PM.
now back on topic. as for a cam. id go with the ms3
If you want a bigger cam than you have, and will have some midrange, go with an LG Motorsports G5X2 or Futral F14. Both are proven cams that have a nice sound, especially the F14.
