Depends on who ports them...
I would just send them to TSP for $400 & have them run their smaller runner 220cc CNC program on them. This helps keep the velocity up for a little better power in the mid range. I assume you have the Magic Stick 3 which = 237/242 .603/.609 so I would talk to them 1st though. With that big a stick they might say just go with the larger CNC program for the runner size & get a FAST 90/90 setup. I also would think you will have PTV issues if you mill the heads. Did you fly cut them already? If so then mill away for a bump in compression & power
Also, get a performance valve job done to the heads as well. It's ~ $200 but you will see ~15% more low lift flow #'s over the same stock heads without.
So to answer your question, I don't see why 30-40 more HP would be out of the question if you ported, milled, got a valve job & re-tuned you car.
