Default engine problem

just changed my pushrods and i found out that 2 were bent very badly. the car runs much better but it still feels like its misfireing. could it be a weak valve spring? because the valves look ok and the car isn't smokeing. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Confused]" src="images/icons/confused.gif" />
