Break in period on new lifters?

Break in period on new lifters? A lifter just went bad on my car, so i'm having them all replaced with stronger comp cams lifters, and I should have the car back tomorrow or Friday. I'm curious, is there a break in period on the new lifters, and if so, what is it? Thanx for any help guys!
