Default Looking to see what will fit?

Okay, here's my question, how many of you are running 1.8 ratio rockers? and if so, what size cam

I have LS6 Heads, non-milled, TREX cam, 7.400" Pushrods, and looking to see if i swap out stock rockers with HS 1.8 Non-Adjustables, what size cam might i be a ble to fit, and if i milled a little on the heads(let' say .030) what size would make it. I don't particualrly liek the way the TREX is right now and want more streetable and alot more low end grunt. anybody wanna gimme a hand

I'm not sure I understand your question. The TRex is fair sized and to add 1.8 ratio rockers to it would make it less streetable and produce less low rpm torque. If I'm way off, well, sorry. Nice car by the way. Appears to be an M6. 1.8s will change your valvetrain geometry a bit as well. Not to mention that most "quick lift" cams like TRex advise against 1.8 rockers. I guess I would need moe info on your engine to go much further. Is it stock cubes, stroker, if so how big? If still 346ci, TRex is big. Doesn't even make power until 3500 rpm +. I run TR224 and it has great torque as low as 2k and pulls to 6500 or so. I really like it. Cams in the 230 to 236 range may net you more of what you are looking for. I hope this helps.

i don't think i was clear... i have ls6 heads, untouched, stock cubes, and trex. i know i cna't run 1.8's with my cam, i want to change to a smaller cam, like maybe a 232/236, or something smiliar. had a torquer 2 and wasn't happy with it at the time, so mayeb something that makes jsut as much if not more power than the torquer 2,but want ssome low end grunt. Any suggestions. The 1.8's come into play on a smaller cam, liek say a 228/232, would 1.8's help if say the lift was .580's ish?
