You can go to autozone and rent a harmonic balancer puller. Here is a link to what you need.

thanks for the link, but thats not gonna work, i need the one with 3 arms either to clamp the pulley, or the one that goes on the inside of the pulley and presses on it. thanks though.

They also rent the 3 arm pullers but I don't see how one would work on the ASP pulley. Are there 3 threaded holes on the inside of it?

Most after market pulleys have the three holes like a harmonic balancer...

You have to get three bolts that will fit in there and use the flat removal too to get it off. Not the three jaw.

OH. Get the right bolts and use the steering wheel puller. Don't risk bending it with the 3 claw...

I did mine with the Chrysler Harmonic balancer tool from AZ. I think those bolts are metric and finding metric bolts that will work has always been tough for me. There are alot of people that have done it with the Chrysler tool but use your discression as to whether it will bend a solid chunk of steel like that. The only down side was I got a few really small marks from pulling it of. It was really easy though.

The link does not show anything but it is the one labeled OEM# 27139. The only thing I realized is I have a powerbond so I am not sure if there are any differences. There actually was a post with step by step instructions I pulled up in a search when I pulled mine off a while back. But I searched under powerbond removal.

Yes, the best thing to use is the crows foot (harmonic balancer puller). You do have to hunt the right bolts down (M8 1.25, I believe). Good luck with the install. Remember to hold up the lifters during the spring swap.

I use Posi-Lock. Best puller made bar none. You can get it at Sears. It's expensive so you're better off renting one from AZ if you only plan to use it once.
