Valve spring Compression tool
There is a guy on ls1tech (Tim's tool) that sells a tool for 25-30 bucks that will do a good job and it is something you will need in your tool box if your going to working on these engines..

You can buy the cheap $10 valvespring tool at an auto parts store and then modify it to fit under the cowl. It's not the greatest but it works. Just make sure you get a strong bolt to use with it (Dont use your rocker arm bolts, they will break)

Got to love air ratchets! You should see the Crane tool go with an air ratchet.
You cant get the springs on fast enough..lol Anyway I would just make the larry tool to be honest with you guys. It's a 15 minute job and 5 cents worth of material. IF you dont have the apptitude or tools to do it you shouldn't be swapping a cam..lol
