TFS 215 and 402 or 408

TFS 215 and 402 or 408 Looking for a shortblock upgrade 402 or 408 to go with TFS 215 heads 64cc.
Already have the heads on a 346 short block. Will it be a good choice to go for 402/408 or should I stick to 383 because of compression or limitation of the heads?
Will be using 95 pump gas.

Bigger is better, here is a link to a 402 that a guy took his TFS 215's, cam and intake off a 346 and just put them on a 402, not big HP but the torque curve is fantastic, it gained around 100 RWTQ at 3500 rpm and still made over 500RWHP.
