Default ok guys cam install time...

P&P 5.3 heads 2.00 manley race flo valves 1.55 exhaust , bbk ssi intake port matched also ported 85 mm, matching p&p tb , pacesetters lt's no cats , p&p maf ends descreen , full suspension, 3.73's , mti stealth cam , 1.7 adj harland sharp rr, 75 shot of no2, weight reduction

what will i be looking at hp and torque wise with tune & with out

I don't know what you will make, but I would go with an
LS6 manifold over the BBK. But if I were to guess I would say about 380-390 RWHP.

I was thinking around 400 w/o the nos but I am no expert. Seems like the average H/C ls1 is around 400 give or take.

im hopping i get over 400 but we will see...

as for the debate around the heat soak that will be gone , im getting the heads
intake manifold, and tb ,thermal barrier coated same with the valves .... i picked bbk cuz the fact that im looking into porting it and and not they have a really cool design on bottom of the intake that allows you to take of the bottom piece to get in to the porting as for weight and heat that not an issue

I would say just over 400. I wouldnt worry about heatsoak at all. Have you ever considered how fast air is flowing through the intake at WOT? I would easily guess xxx mph. How much could the air flowing at xxx mph be heated before it ends up in the combustion chamber? I wouldnt worry about it at all.
