Default oil ring gap

i'm gapping my pistons, first time, i gapped the top and 2nd fine, now the oil ring what to i grind to gap

i feel real stupid but can't find anything

i have 2 thin rings that over lap on another and the zig zag ring then the support rail

Generally, it's not too often that you have to grind the oil rails. If you are between .020" to .030" gap on the rails, you're fine. The amount of radial tension is what's important. If you do any grinding, make sure to lightly remove any burrs.
