Thunder 220/220 .553"/.553" 114 LSA
or
Texas Speed 220/220 564"/.564" 114 LSA
Will I see a performance difference in the 2 cams at all, or are they going to be basically identical? I like dealing with thunder, but TSP's cam is a little higher lift and 30 bucks cheaper.
Also ...
SDPC Blueprinted LS1 Oil Pump
or
Thunder Ported LS6 Oil Pump
Thanks in advance guys.

The cams will be virtually identical. We have ported LS6 pumps also, they all get the same stuff done to them. I like TR cams too, you'll be happy with either.
Are you sure you don't want a crazy big camshaft?

LOL ... No, no crazy big camshafts for me.
It took me months to finally decide between this and the 224 cam ... but I need to pass emissions and I am willing to sacrafice alittle power for better drivabilty.

I had heard that the TR224 would probably pass emissions. Is this not the case? I would like to know, cause I too am trying to make a decision on which cam to go with, and I want to pass emissions.

Yeah that was not the only part of my decision however. I wanted something that would sound pretty close to stock, with maybe a small lope. I have heard a few 224 cars and its obvious to everyone they are cammed. This is not what I was looking for.
Anyone else recommendations?
