Default Cam Question? PLEASE

I have ls6 intake with a full exhaust. I want a good price on a cam package. Does MPH motorsports have a good package $649.00?it comes with
Patriot Dual Extreme Springs
Super 7 Locks
Titanium Retainers
Machined Bases
Viton Rubber Intake/Exhaust Seals
Cam Swap Gasket Package
Water Pump Gaskets
Harmonic Balancer Bolt
Front Main Seal
Timing Cover Gasket
Comp Cams Custom Grind Camshaft
Supply your own spec, or we can help you choose one
Is this everything need to complete a successful cam swap without any problems. except timing chain and oil pump Also How long do patriot dual extreme springs last?

Another way to look at it is if you pay $350-400 for the cam, is it worth $250-300 for the rest of the stuff in the list?

The PP dual gold extreme kit runs almost $300. Looks like a good deal to me.

Seems like a good deal to me...especially if you can get a custom grind camshaft.

Looks like you are ready to go. I think the cam swap gasket package comes with waterpump gaskets, timing cover gasket, seal and harmonic balancer bolt
