ok im putting my motor back together does anyone have an idea where this goes??

Windage tray. Bolts below the main caps on the main studs.

I agree about if you dont know what that is you shouldnt be putting your motor together. Since you've already started though I suggest you stop for a while and read a few books and/or search the internet. Building an engine is meant to be percise and detailed....not just bolting parts together
