arp main stud install
I have two questions,
1- it says put the studs in hand tight, is that right, i just snuged the studs a little with the alen key. and used red lock tight
2 - has any one had problems going from stock bolts to arp main studs with the main bore, did you need to get the block line bored after the stud install . I guess if its ok with a plastic gauge then its fine right

1. Your good the way you did it.
2. You really shouldnt need a line bore by just swapping to studs, although it is a good idea to do whenever you pull the caps. But I guess if the plastic guage is ok then youre alright.

If you use loctite on the studs, you should torque the caps on while the loctite is fresh. You should not let the loctite set without the caps on, this can cause loss of torque when the engine runs.
