I have some for sale and a guy has a 99 and ask me if they would. I only thought 98cars were different.

Yes they are the same.

98-02 f-body ls1/ls6 blocks all take the same headbolts.

As stated above they are the same. The valve cover and coil pack brackets were different on the 99 up so they require different hardware.

only the 98s had the perimeter bolt valve covers . though the head bolts are the same .
