Need some info on a cam

Hey I am looking for a cam. I have all the basic bolt-ons. And yes I am spraying the car. I want decent hp gain, and a kinda rough idle. I need opinions on a Comp cam 228/230 dur. 571/573 lift on a 112 LSA.

i like cartek's cams for stock heads . also you could hit up patrick g for a consultation and he will come up with custom specs to fit your needs .

if it's a daily driver thats all i would go with size wise. if it's not i'd go bigger, just depends on what your plans are for the car..

Thaks alot. Where do I go to check the specs on a MS3? And also what about a MS4? And last but not least how do I get in touch with Patrick?

Thanks I really want to turn heads when I pull in to a car show or something. the idle sound is really important to me
