Default Cam Swap LS1 busted rocker instantly, new rocker busted instantly again!

Ok just did a MS4 on a LS1 and fire it up it runs good for a minute then started running rough and getting loud. Take the valve cover off on the Pass side and boom rocker needle bearings everywhere. Clean it all up because I guess its common from what I see put a another one one, start it up runs for about 1 and a half then boom I hear a noise, shut it down instantly pull the same cover and the same one broke but this time its the new one. Double checked the pushrod length its good and nothing else is visibly wrong. Any thoughts? I can only think that the particular lobe was not cut enough and its has too much lift going on.

Could be the spring coils are binding from the lift.
