Got dyno #'s for mild AAP cam. Mark at AAP dyno tuned the new cam setup, 218/218-114 with
.560 lift. The spikes are from fouled plugs(shame on me), but still not bad.

I wish more folks would take the middle of the road path.... instead of bigger is better with all its head aches.

Re: Got dyno #'s for mild AAP cam. Wow, those are great numbers I talked to Mark @ AAP while he was there dyno tuning and he told me about your car, I was impressed to say the least! AAP really knows their stuff when it comes to tuning and picking heads/cam, etc. I should know. Congrats!

Re: Got dyno #'s for mild AAP cam. I would say its a solid 380hp 355 torque without the spikes, pretty good for that cam and 373's. you may be able to get a bit more if you can get it to run smoother. the car is very pretty to

Re: Got dyno #'s for mild AAP cam. It looks like your cam is peaking above where your rev limiter is? Thats strange, because I wouldnt think that a 218/218 cam would peak that high. My 228/224 cam peaks at 6200 RPM. Either way, those are great numbers for such a small cam.

i also am wondering about this cam's peak? is there any advance ground into the cam or done on the timing chain?? it sure does peak up there a ways. i peaked at 6300 with the tr230
anyway, awesome numbers, now go get some track times
