How much is a LQ9 long block worth around 70k miles? Also what are the 317 heads selling for? I'm buyin one and making sure I'm not getting ripped off.

what year lq9? the 05+ have better pistons.

I just picked mine up for real cheap, but most are going for around 800-1500 depending on condition.

317 heads are selling for 250-300.

 

It's around an 05. It's out of a stolen recovery Esclade and they took the dash so not sure of the miles. They are wanting 1500 for it. So unless I can be sure it's in real good shape 1500 is too much? I'm just havin a hard time findin one period.

i had a hard time finding one when i needed. i bought an 05' LQ4 with 54,xxx on it for 1000, that was the best deal i could find anywhere at the time. a month earlier my neighbor sold a burnt one for 500. i tried to get it from the guy he sold it to with no luck.
