which one will make more HP and TQ .
what cam i need for a A4 daily drive.

MTI, or there are a lot of other good sponsors out there too. But as someone who has ARE heads, I really would not recommend them. You can PM me with questions if you want.

Either shop offers top shelf products.As far as ARE heads,who has the fastest LS1 powered vehicle in the world.I know my old combo didnt have the highest flow #s but I had a very fast combo for what it was.I think alot of the negatives tossed around were caused by the former owner of ARE.Wade has straightened things out,you can purchase with confidence.
