I have a ls6 pcv on the car added it not to long ago. I have that and the throttle body connected to the valve cover. could there not be enough crank case pressure not being released?

The line from the TB to the valve cover is fresh filter air into the motor internals, the line from the valley cover to the intake is the suction side of that system. If they are tied together you are not venting internal pressure and causing problems. You need to hook this up correctly.
